When I took a second deal I was not given the contract sim, instead a promotional sim was provided. It took a month for me to discover this and then do a sim swap. This effectively means I didn't get to use the once off 20GB data. And I couldn't access all benefits, including prorata for a month. They refuse to credit the amount I paid for the period.

They sent two debits for the same month and have charged me a penalty fee for the second debit that returned unpaid, despite them denying such a penalty was billed when I brought the matter to their attention after receiving the invoice.

I have requested to change my debit order date, was told it was changed. But they still debit on the previous date. When I raised this, I'm promised calls from managers but they never call.
