CELL C SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT

I took out contracts with cell c since the 18/07/2019 and have tried to get my phones insured , all I need is my subscriber agreements but it is such a mission to get them , I have been to the branches, called almost every single department in CELL C NOBODY CAN HELP WITH MY SIMPLE REQUEST......it seems they do not have a structure for contracts taken out telephonically .....I need to get my phones insured and time is running out......what's going on CELL C ......really FRUSTRATED with the level of service or lack thereof rather.
