CELL C - STUCK IN CONTRACT WITHOUT PHONE FOR TWO YEARS

Ref in the year 2020 - CCD387130 in the SMS I received21 September 2020 at 11:16 stating that my device has been booked in for assessment. I have sent the screenshots, the e-mails advising that my device in for assessment. Me following up if the contract has been cancelled etc. I am sick of this and not going away. I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Act and not . SO PLEASE GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. I NEED A NEW PHONE, CURRENT PHONE FROM THE PREVIOUS CONTRACT IS FAULTY AND I AM BOUND BY THIS BOGUS CONTRACT. Please do the right thing and refund my money.

I DONT HAVE TEH IMEI number because I dont have the device, or the box, as it was returned. There ARE NO IMEI numberS on the contracts which I can forward to you. I want this sorted out.

I also have an e-mail dated 15/10/2021 quoting Ref *** when I followed up on the cancellation of the contract, which you can use.
