Cell C strikes again

I have had huge problems through my contract with Cell C regarding overcharges that were never explained or recovered. <br> <br> They repeatedly phoned me from late 2014 regarding my upgrade and I eventually gave in on 4 February and agreed to upgrade my contract - I was told everything was sorted out and that they were just waiting for stock. 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing further, I call them to be told my contract has been upgraded without a replacement phone for the next 6 months. <br> <br> I am exhausted - how on earth have they messed this one up??<br> <br> I believe I may just port my number come July 2015...
