Cell C stores distasteful service

On Friday Night I got Hijacked and ******, which resulted in me losing my valuable items and devices. Yesterday, I decided to go get a sim swap at Cell C the grove (Lynnwood) and I got the most horrible service from a lady there. She had such a bad attitude and because I wasn't aware of the security questions, when I couldn't fully answer, she still continued to be rude and didn't even try helping me or guiding me. The only solution was that I go home, get the correct answers and come back.

I decided to not go back there and went to Cell C Centurion Mall today, the service there was also horrible. I was assisted by a guy, who basically just took my temporary ID and asked me questions I obviously wasn't sure of since I needed the phone which was ****** to help answer. I was treated like I'm a ******** and as though I'm there to **** them. Both these store agents didn't try to make means to look at my affidavit, which was there to help serve as proof of my situation. They didn't even try make means so I can be satisfied customer or even try guide me toward the right direction.

Thank God for a lady called Zinhle from their Customer Care, who assisted me with kindness and guided me through everything. Cell C needs to train agents at their store more, especially on how to deal with victims of such horrible crimes. In that moment we are frustrated, drained and aren't at our best, so in order to keep us as customers their service should always be on point.

I've been with Cell C for more than 8 years and what I experienced from those two stores was just appalling.
