Cell C Store Zevenwacht Mall

I visited the Cell C store on Saturday 21 April 2018. I was very disgusted by the service. The lady who assisted me was not helpful to say the least. In my life, I've never experienced anything like that. She spoke to me like she was upset with me. I asked for a sim swap and due to several reasons, that could not be done. I completely get that, however I did not appreciate the way she handled me. She did not even suggest an alternative solution. My message to her is, if you're unhappy in your job, resign and make space for someone who'd appreciate to be in your position. I'll never recommend that store to anyone else.
