Cell c stop *****ing my money,

Cell c is *****ing from me, Can someone please assist me. I'm getting notifications they want money from my account even on the 15th. I don't have any cellphone contract with them, but they claim that I do. Their agents call you to tell you you owe them as soon as you tell them the story they hung up on you without getting your side of the story I'm tired of this. If the contract was approved telephonically I expect them to go back to their recordings and to the delivery address where the phones were delivered and sort out their mess and leave me and my money alone. And I expect to be compensated since this has cost me.
