Cell C ****** phone. pathetic!

they broke into our house last night and some my daughter's prepaid phone. I contacted cell c to block the sim card and they cannot assist me because we don't know the most frequently dialed number, reason for this is because my daughter never makes calls from her phone!!!! so now this person that stole her phone had access to all her personal information which puts her life at risk!! cell c are pathetic and need to come up with an easier solution to this problem!!
