Cell C stole my money81021

I had Internet with cellc in the past on one of there previous data deals so I still have there modem. I decided I wanted to get there 200gb(50/150gb) data bundle but found my old sim card had expired. I then went and bought myself a new starter pack and loaded it with R1800 only to find that I'm not able to activated thus data bundle. I went to one of the cellc branches and they told me that I need to get another sim card for this bundle. They also told me that they won't give me this data bundle for the money I've loaded and won't transfer it to the new sim. Neither will they refund me which in a sense means they have ****** my R1800 :(<br> <br> Gerhard van Schalkwijk
