Cell C stole my money
I took a contract with cell c and it was suppose to be ended by 24 November 2018. same did not end because I owed Cell C I paid my contract and took a deal January for R29 you get and 500MB,50sms,30Minutes .i was told by the lady that I must cancel my cell c insurance in order for the deal to be thru and I couldn't at the time so I only cancelled now in March but I've been getting 500MB since January. I made several calls in February complaining about the deal as to why am I not getting my50sms,30Minutes and the line was dropped.so the invoice of February was R194 to be deducted on the 15 march upon my request and the arrangement that I made with cell c but to my surprise they debited R120 Friday morning @00:46 and other R120 @01:09 15 march 2019.
I called cell c to find out why they debited R240 instead or R194 they told me that they cant see my debit order on their side it takes 24 hours to reflect but they opened my line my phone became operational ,told the guy ill call Monday. After I was done speaking to the cell c consultant i received a msg from cell c saying "Cell C has reported the non payment of your account to XDS, a registered credit bureau. please call 084140 urgently. for cash or EFT payments, please use the following ref no: ********** 41.
@21:30 Cell C debited R194 . in total the money debited by cell c it was R434.00 I requested invoice from cell c to see the reason of paying R434 same was not on the invoice but it was R194 that was suppose to be paid on the 15 March, Contacted Cell c again and spoke to Clive Toranganwa and asked him to cancel my contract and the R29 deal i took he said to me i do not have R29 deal i have R89 deal for R500 MB and he said the R29 is no longer available and none of the cell c consultants told me that since January when i took the deal R29 i only find out today 18 March that I've been using R89 deal instead of R29 just after i requested to cancel the contract . I am so disappointed with Cell c. i want my R240 back from cell c
