Cell C stole my data

So yesterday the 31st 2020 @ 07:00 am i recharged my account via the banking app with R50 rands then tried buying data via their USSD code (on us data bundle) I never recieved my data and have been calling to check what's going on at first I was told they have an issue with their Data and their technicians are working to solve the problem, on the 1st Jan I still did not recieve my data and now the story has changed it's no longer a technical error on their side instead I'm told they can't find what's the problem. Can Cell C give me my data!!!! I'm done playing this stupid waiting game with them it's been over 24 hours.
