Cell C Stole my Children's Christmas Presents

I took out Cell C's 1Gbps Fiber Promo in September for R1308. I took out the Promotion on their Website and paid immediately the R1308. Firstly it was a mission to get my Debit order Setup. Then they are unable to tell me what my monthly installment will be cause each time I call them they have a different amount. In the beginning of November I had to do an EFT as they did not debit my Credit Card. So everything is paid up to date. Today they deducted R2556.11 from my credit card... Really what's going on over there???? After contacting them to find out what's going on, they still give me vague answers, cause they self don't know what's going on or what they are doing.... So i ask for a refund, no that will not work, cause there are a delay on all refunds. Thanks cell c for using my kids Christmas money, I hope you will explain to them why they will not get any presents this year.... I should have never taken their Fiber, now the question is, how am I going to get out of this mess, as I see from other reviews - it's basically mission impossible????
