Cell C stole my airtime

On the 8th of April I loaded Cell C's emergency airtime to the amount of R25 on my phone at 2am as I had car problems and I was stranded on a side of the road.. I received an sms from CellC confirming that they had uploaded the airtime but to my shock I didnt received that airtime. I called their call center and the 1st consultant put me on hold.... I called again and the 2nd agent told me to wait 30 minutes switch my phone off and on again and I did as instructed. Called again. by now its 4am still no airtime. am a woman alone on a highway. I called for the fourth time , please note all say they can see that the airtime was given but do not know where it went and this time I spoke to an *********** agent whom I requested to transfer my call to someone else who can listen and hear me.This time mycase was escalated to some department and was told it would be resolved within 48 hours... its now over 70hrs still no feedback but an sms with a reference number. I loaded airtime and cellc deducted their emergency airtime incl R1 ..which I never even received. I want my refund.
