CELL C STOLE FROM ME!!

I have been with Cell C for some 20 odd years. I finally decided to move from them because of the poor signal. When everyone else had, I didn't. I allowed my contract to run to the end which was the 17th January 2023. They acknowledged via email and sms that my contract had been cancelled and yet still took their full debit order at the end of January!!! Now I'm trying to talk with someone at Cell C - it's absolutely impossible - and all emails are responded to with a standard meaningless reply. Unbelievable!!!!!
