Cell C stinks customer services

I have 5 contracts at Cell C,been payed by a debit order,a week ago I received a email that they did not received my payment which was not the case,state that only 1 is in arrears which is inpossible 1 debit order,after phone customercare,agent check and said that I am up todate and I must ignore the email,3 days later same email received again,phone again,same story no u are up todate dont worry,tiday I was phone by a attorney company because my account was handed over for collection,thus contract was take out on 28 Aug 2020,payed by the same debit order,was threat that my contract will be suspended,went on my app,where is show that this account us up todate,take screen shot on my app that proof it us not in arrears,now they dont come vack to me,I as a Cell C customer for about 15 years will start to cancel 1 by 1 contract asoon as they expired and take my bysiness to another provider from now on,all of my 5 contracts
