CELL C STILL WAITING

my previous report on Hello Peter (2016-02-01)<br> \I took a cell phone contract online last year September, R505. Now my account was debited by R816. I tried to find out why? Apparently I took a promotion where 3gigs of data was free for 4 months. Now, the promotion expired and I have to pay for the 3 gig extra. I don't even use the simcard! Cell C cant send me documentation regarding the promotion that I took. I will cancel this contract. I will not pay over R800 for a cell phone contract! NEVER!!!<br> Cell C responded, confirming that they had made an error and will refund me the extra amount that was deducted. Still nothing, still waiting....."
