Cell C still stinks

Cell C stlll stinks. Having eventually after 2 months got my phone back without it having been repaired, I now find that the radio doesn't work due, I think, to the aerial port not making the connection with the earphone plug. Prior to my sending the phone in, I used to listen to the radio every day. In the mean time I also received a notification from Cell C that I would not be allowed to cancel my contract for the next 12 months. They're obviously concerned that bI will carry out my threat.
