Cell-C still *****ing money from ex-clients.

2 August 2020 Cell C is still *****ing money from my friend’s account and they don’t seem to care being exposed on Hellopeter. Cell-C has again withdrawn R194-04 from her account for a phone which was ****** more than one year ago and contract was cancelled soon after that. Somehow it appears they don’t give a damn about de*****ing people’s accounts. What a shame that a big business is *****ing money from people. Cell-C also needs to refund her for all her bank fees to get things sorted out.

You have contacted me twice after five o'clock on both occasions where you have promised to phone back the next morning which you never did. Today you have contacted me while I was in a meeting but did not try an hour later or so. Three calls were made to me within a minute or so and that is not how it works. You may contact me on Monday after 09:00 am and if you do not get an answer, try just later on. I will also not provide you with the complainant's number as she has made a number of calls to yourselves with absolute no results from your side which is also not acceptable.
