CELL C STILL REFUSES TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Cell C is refusing to send me a paid up letter of a contract that I closed in December 2020. In addition to that, they refuse to update on credit bureau that the account is closed. I have called countless times requesting assistance and they blatantly refuse to do so
