I have been having a problem with cell c get more I canceled it over a year and a half ago I have found out today that they are still debiting my account. I have never used this service and feel it is a waste of time and money. The sales person in our local cell c store says he can't help me and that I have to phone them to get it canceled now I must go through the whole process again this is unacceptable day light ******* I want my accounylt refunded with what was not rightfully taken.

Sent my number too them. The matter still hasn't nt been attended too. How can cell c affiliate themselves to a company that just takes and takes and doesnt bother to rectify the problem.
