CELL C STILL MAKING MY LIFE HELL
Cell c is not a network to consider if you are in of a better service
My network has been disconnected for the second successive time, while I have proof that I have been making payments, and confirmation was also sent that my payments were sent for allocation by Cell C, I almost lost my job last time they did this because I didn't have money to purchase data because this nonsense of a network disconnected my services,
I have since made a follow up on this matter and no one bothered to call me on the same and am seriously risking losing my job because I haven't been able to connect to enable me to work
CELL C IS A USELESS NETWORK, IF YOU THINK OTHER NETWORKS ARE WORSE, YOU HAVEN'T TRIED CELL C
I wish I can get a call from them and get someone who can solve this URGENT ISSUE 😕
Do you guys really understand the damage you are causing to my career by this, how many times must I follow up on this urgent matter, I have since been writing to you regarding this matter and you decided not to take any action, now you are sending me emails that my profile will be handed to legal reps, while I have been indicating that I have been making payments and I need someone dedicated to investigate the arrears issue, as I know that I have been making an agreed payment
