CELL C STILL HASN'T CALLED, THREE MONTHS LATER

At this point I am livid, and being caused detriment, numerous complaints, countless phone calls and wasted time effort and money, time away from my family, airtime wasted, and I lost count on how many complaints, and not a single person has gotten back to me from cell C, just generic emails in response to hello Peter complaints that I will be contacted, and to date, not one person has contacted me back!all I want is the get more service to be cancelled, it's been 3months now going on 4, and still nothing has been done, I requested a cancelation so long ago, was advised I would need to make one more payment after 30days have lapsed and someone will call to finalize the cancelation for me, and 3more payments later and no one has cancelled or contacted, when I call the call centre they reroute my call so much that I need to drop due to a lack of time and or call time minutes, I just want my service cancelled and not have to pay another month, I have NEVER EVER NOT ONCE BEEN ABLE TO USE THE GET MORE SERVICE AS THEAPP DID NOT WORK AND COUNTLESS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THAT HAS NOT WORKED AND NO ASSISTANCE WAS GIVEN THEN I DECIDED TO REQUEST CANCELATION OF THE SERVICE, NOW I'M IN A STRUGGLE FOR MONTHS JUST TO TRY AND GET THIS SERVICE CANCELLED, THIS IS DISGUSTING, AND THAT CELL C CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY EVEN WITH THE POPIA ACT, THIS IS INSANE! I'M SHOCKED AND DEPLETED AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY THIS HAS TAKEN, AND NOW SOMEONE WILL PROBABLY SEND ME A MAIL SAYING I WILL Be contacted, but never actually contact, I don't know what else to do this is absolutely insane
