Cell C still does not seem to declare their online turnovers to SARS

I am buying every month 200GB data at Cell C and for every online purchase (R1,699.00) I have requested a proper V.A.T. invoice via their website. Although Cell C prompted every time on their website to email it (the correct email address was submitted), it was not sent last month nor this month. I have had this issue now a couple of times but they do not seem to see the need to change and automise anything on their online sales processing! Not good for the reputation of Cell C and even worse for the income of SARS which should keep our country going!
