Cell C still deducts after I settled

<p>I had a contract account with Cell C that started in December 2015 and was suppose to finish end November 2017, but I settled before the time with the settlement letter I obtained from them, but later deducted the same amount as the one I paid for settlement and I always get advise that it will be refunded and no refund gets into my account untill I reversed the funds after 7 working days. This reversal how ever is denting my credit image and is causing more unrest for me Financially as I pay for those reversal transacions</p>
