Cell C *****sters

I cancelled my cell c contract in February 2023 and paid a settlement about of R4930.

Only for find out a few months later that I am still been debited by cell c for an amount of R960.

When I call into the customer call center, I was advised that the agent could see the payment of R4930.00 but cannot tell me what it was for, to my shock.

I also received an email stating that my account had been cancelled.

Calling into your call center is a waist of time, because apparently your systems are not linked, your customer service team cannot see if I cancelled my account or not and when I get transferred to the cancellation team they cannot see any payments.

We are in 2023 surely you can update your systems or learn from your competitors as your customer experience is the worst by far.

Your managers do not return calls as they are very busy, you should hire them assistants in this case. I called in last week Friday and got the following reference number and was promised that one of the 5 managers will call me back and could not be given a time as they are very busy to do their jobs.

I am a call center manager myself, so I know exactly what how a call center operates. I was give this reference number for fun it seems as no one has provided me feedback - ***.

To make the situation even better, I was called to upgrade the account that I cancelled, again your systems are not aligned or just poor management.

I would like my refund asap and before anyone calls me please listen to your recorded calls, I cannot keep repeating myself.

I will go to the ombudsman as I cannot get access to your complaints department, giving you 48 hours for my refund to be processed.
