Cell C - Steeling my Money, Router & Sim

I had a data contract with Cell C. During Lockdown all batteries was ******, and I did not have any service at all. I send +- 60 emails + numerous phonecalls ect. Service useless. Eventualy spoek to 5 diffirent Tech Guys, Head od Dept Godfree, told me that they don't have money to buy new batteries. He said they will have to cancel my contract. Cell C contacted me, saying I must take my router & sim to store, which I did. They took the device and sim, I signed papers and filled in Forms, Recieved an confirmation sms that it was signed in, and a 2nd sms that Head Office recieved it. Another guy phoned me form CellC, Saying the contract is done and dusted, cancelled. Since that day they keep on taking my money, then I have to go to the bank and do a reversal. Then I phone Cell C, Hold on for 90 Min explain everything from the beginning, and the the lines cut of or they just can't assist. Every mont the same, Yesterday and today same. I asked to speak to an Supervisor Jabulilie, she told me that thet can see that I'm still using the data every month. I told her How is that Possible if the Contract was canceled and I don't have the device at all. Her answer was she can't help me ans that they will keep on taking my money. So in short some one at CellC Head Office is using the Data & Device and they steeling my money. I don't have any other options than to go ans see my attorney. Possibly they could stop this joke going on and get my money back. so far I'm paying 5 months data plus the router. And I don't have anything. No wonder CellC is closing down more than 100 stores. very bad service, and I warne everybody to not make same mistake, MTN & Vodacom will offer better service and not steel your money.
