Cell C steeling my money and not keeping there promise

On the 31 January 2020 a sim swap was done on my cell phone . Refer to hellopeter dated 31 January 2020. After getting it sorted out I recieved a sms on 10 February to say that my account is R 270.43. My contract with Cell C is a data contract costing only R105.00 per month. Upon enquiry at Cell C at Carnival Mall I was told that the ********* had charged the sim swap to my account . I did phone the Billing dept and explained the situation aswell as the ***** dept.The billing dept said that they would the case nomber from the ***** dept and rectify my account . This would take 24-48hours to do. Nothing happened . On the 17 Feruary I went back to the Cell C shop at Carnival to find out that had happened . Again I had to phone the billing dept and they said that it was all taken care of and my ref is ***. They said that only the R105.00 would go trough at the end of the month. Today R270.00 has been taken off my account after it was promised that everything was sorted out . Everytime that I have to go into Cell C I need to take off work. I DEMAND that this money be paid back to my account TODAY. After all the calls and going in to recify the situation and been promised that it is all sorted out . Now I have this .
