Cell c *****s R70 from me every month

Cell C changes debit order dates as they please and then charge you R70 when it fails!!! Why must i pay R70 (3rd time now) coz you frbit when you feel and not when i make arrangements!! I want this reversed nowhere did i agree to it its theft!! I paid my account on time via eft after you debited on wrong date!!

My debit order date was the last day of the month. Then i got a new job and asked to change it to the 24th. Thr last few months its been so erratic only last month it was on the 24th
