Cell c *****s my mobile number

On the 24th of May, i recieved an sms saying i have requested to port to my number, if this i incorrect i should reply 1 within 45mins, which i did. Around 19:30 i recieved an sms stating that i have been ported to cell c. That's when my number stopped working completely. I called mtn and they stated the number had been ported to a cell c contract and that i must contact cellc. I then called Cell C on monday, i was given the run around until eventually someone said I should go to one of their shops. I did so and ws advised that the number now belongs to Bongani Radebe on a contract and that if i know nothing about this i should go do am affidavit. Affidavit was done amd i returned the next day to bring it in. Theu said Donovan in KZN who initially gave the guy my number without my knowledge amd without doing the necessary steps to ensure that the number belongs to the client, would call me back. He called I explained the situation and said he will sort it out and would send an sms to the number the number i am using in the meanwhile. Nothing happened. I then called on the 31st of May spoke to Thuli, who said she will try get hold of the client amd i should call back around 1pm which I did. Couldn't get hold of Thuli spoke to Xolani, he escalated the matter to his supervisor Thato. Je said i should give them 24hours to get hold of the client. I then called today got through to Xolani, gave him my number, he then put me on hold for 16mins, when i called back and spoke to Yolanda, she said he has gone on lunch?? How when I was left holding. Yolande said they can't help because they can't get hold of the client therefore there is nothing they can do. So all my banking notifications, passwords, texts and calls all go to Bongani Radebe. Its been almost 2weeks with no success. I want my number back because had the correct process been followed we wouldnt be here.
