Cell C - *****s money from my bank account

<p>I had a call c contract for 6 years. In March this year I decided to pay off and cancel my contract as there was no use for it. I called the call centre that month and I was told to pay off an amount of R320.. that includes the cancellation fees and I should call back to confirm the payment. The payment reflected and I had confirmed to the agent the the contract must be cancelled. She was happy as everything was in order for the cancelation to go through. As months went by I noticed that cell c did not cancel my contract as the debit orders still want off. I was furious. I then contacted the call center again and this agent listed to the previous tapes and confirmed that there was an error on their side. The agent did not cancel the contract as she promised me. I was refunded just 1 months subscription. A case was opened and a reference number was issued to me. This month, cell c stoled like a ******** an mount of R 398.00 from my personal bank account. I did not cater for this expense. I'm beyond angry. I have proof that this is not my fault and my family and I have to suffer the consequences of cell 's mistake. All consumers should should be aware of how this so called service provider can cheat innocent people. I hate cell c with a passion. </p>
