Cell C - *****s money from my bank account
<p>A week has passed and I still did not receive my refund. I had managed to reverse one debit order but the subscription for May 2016 remains unpaid to me. I have really had enough of waiting for my money. Lies lies and more blady **** lies. It's that simple , if the money does not belong to you cell c, give it back. Anger does not even describe my emotions. It's really pathetic that cell c needs to ***** money from people like me to survive.</p>
As per the feedback on the complaint that you logged on the 01 August, you were advised of a credit note which will be allocated into your Cell C account not refunded in to your bank account. We have confirmation regarding this feedback.

Do me a favour and request for a copy of the recorded conversation. I was not advised of any credit note. By the way, if my contract was cancelled, how does one get a credit note? Do your dank job correctly and STOP WASTING my TIME!!!! You need to refund May 2016 as promised by cell c.
