Cell C *****s money from my account

Last year I moved back to JHB, and wanted a quote from cellc for a fibre line in my area. I received the quote and decided it was too expensive and told the sales guy that I did not want to accept the quote, and would call back if I changed my mind. 3 months later money started leaving my account for a contract i did not sign, nor received any services for. After numerous calls and 3 months later the contract was cancelled saying it was an error, and I would be refunded all the money that left my account. 8 months and almost R3000 later I have not been refunded, and when I call in, they now say it was a cancelled contract and they will not refund my money.
