Cell c *****s money and claims they have retured it

Disgusted with cell c this is the 4 time they have debit more than they should have, and when i phone to find out. cell c has small writing to explain when you cancel a contract and it goes month to month they can up the charges which no consultant ever told me and then when i ask for my contract as i know i did not sign for that they refuse to show me. On top of all of that cell c still has not refunded me the last two time they took off extra as they said they would, but noooooo the manger at the store has to sign it off and when i query the store says it has been resolved but one of your consultants can see that no money has been refunded to me. i have the case number.If my money is not refunded today i will have a meeting with WENDY KNOWLA as she is a close friend of my friend.
