Cell C *****s money

We would like to lay a complain against Cell C they are *****ing money from us for the last year, my husband signed for a Tablet contract with them 2 years ago and the monthly fee was R109.90, for the last year Cell c took amounts off for more that R200 per month and we dont even use the tablet as its broken so no data was used. My husband called Cell C and cancelled the contract for the tablet and they said that end of May will be the last debit order. Then there after Cell C still took money from my husband, he called them again in June and asked them again to cancel after they cancelled the wrong contract and again they said that they will and will July be the last debit order amount. this month again they took another amount of R197.87 (Cell c SP ******) which I have now reversed, I want management and Hello Peter to please investigate our account under my husband K Ferreira ID Nr: *** 084 and have a look why we paid more money on a contract that was signed for R109.90 a month, we want all our funds returned back into our account and all voice records must be listen to as I am now sick and tired of these thefts. I want all our money back in our account by no later than the 1st September. Kind Regards Mrs Ferreira

Please note that there is 2 contracts under my husband name, it is not the *** number its the other account for the Tablet.
