This is the worst service evey After requesting the contract to be cancelled in january with last day if service being 7 feb they never canceled. We recharged the account from the 7th because this was the last day of service. Thrisen was the call center agent that never completed the request and the number was suspended. After 3days of fighting only then did they cancel and moved it to prepaid. Used it as prepaid for a week when cell c decides to change it to contact again and once again suspended the service. This is the service provider that *****s from pensioner and the elderly of the community.
