Cell C *****S DATA

Cell C is *****ing Data! After numerous e-mails and only ref numbers to show, no response from Cell C after I was promised by Moses Mo***eng that he will sort it out. This was 17/12/2014. We started noticing in Oct last year that for some reason, big chunks of DATA was taken from my account daily and the best part is that all of this happens after 12pm, everyday!!! Funny enough, this trend only started after I bought a 20Gb package for Sept and Oct'14. I've never had any DATA taken from my account like this previously. According to Cell C, the data was due to Automatic App upgrades. Now tell me, how is it possible that App upgrades takes 10 - 17GB per month. Used the same phone (Apple iPhone 5) on my package before I bought the 20Gb packages and no upgrades like this. Cell C sent me a breakdown of the Sites IP addresses that was visited and would you believe it, almost 80% of the IP addresses belongs to Cell C South Africa??? I've sent this info to Cell C with complete explanation and I'm still waiting. They expect me to pay my bill, but can't sort out the dispute. Maybe it will be best to go to press with this, because I don't think that I'm the only one that this happens to
