Cell C *****s Airtime & Data!
<p>I have had a pre-paid number with Cell C now since November 2015. I have constantly battled with data & airtime "disappearing ". I have no less than 7 reference numbers since March 2016. I have been to their Centurion branch 4 times. Every restriction possible is on my phone as confirmed by Cell C technical at Centurion who are super chaps. I have spoken to no less than 6 supervisors who promise to get back to you in 24-48hrs (of course this never happens & u call back again) in 20mins today I have lost 167mb & R 22.32 airtime without making a call & my sms's have failed. My phones data usage shows over all apps for today & yesterday usage of 48.57mb. Go figure? Where is my airtime & data Cell C??????</p>
