Cell C *****s Airtime
I keep putting in airtime and within a matter of minutes my airtime is gone. I put R200 airtime in on Saturday and it was gone by Sunday morning and I only made 4 less than 1 minute calls and my data was off.
I have tried to contact cell c with zero luck
I am so angry because I have spent R600 for nothing!
Cell c cannot help me and refuse to help me
I am at the stage of wanting to port my number to another provider!

12 Jun 2018, 07:21We are in receipt of your complaint and we'll assist with this matter. Airtime does not disappear, there are causes such as out of bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime.
Do expect communication.
