Cell C *****s

i have been trying to close my contract with cell.c since march after an up grade that went wrong <br> but cell c has just chosen to ignore me like im non existent.... but come end of the month R570 withdrawn from my account when i should only be paying R160 only for my contract but like ******* they just keep taking my hard earned and much needed money... i laid a complaint with icasa for this action that they are doing but like all Government departments slow service the man on the street has to bleed first before they assisted.cell c is a pirate that is robbing me in a sea where im the dingy and they a freight ship their little is very much for me and they just take it with no remorse even when all their calls are recorded and wont release my call to me... pure evi
