Cell C *****ing R5000 every month

I did an early settlement on one of my Cell C contracts at the end of June which was R5132.75 i got confirmation from the branch to say it has been settled and the contract has been cancelled. The end of July Cell C debited my account with R5132.75 i had to do a reversal at the bank and all the call centre agent could tell me was sorry i have to wait for 2 days for my money... On the 20th of August Cell C debited my account again with R5000 i had to leave work go to the bank do a reversal to get my money back... Yet again another call centre agent said to me sorry i have to wait for 2days for my money to came back and that his supervisor will call me back.. To date i have note recieved a call from the supervisor. Today is the 31st August yet again Cell C has stole money from my acoount another R5000 when will you stop *****ing my money.. I will take u guys up enough is enough i dont owe u money i have paid u so STOP TAKING MY MONEY.. I do have all the reference numbers and email confirmations.
