Cell c *****ing my money PART 2

Cell C...after my initial complaint trying to resolve the 'mi assist' story where you guys have been *****ing my money for more than 2 years and numerous calls from you with no resolution, I phone in today again as you guys seem to never stop ripping your customers off (case ***), I found out that you are still charging me R39 a month for a service that I never requested. again I asked the lady to cancel this service because I never requested it. Guess what...she said she cannot cancel it but she will get someone to cancel it. I am now pleading to anyone at Cell C. please cancel this subscription or cancel my contract (which I have just upgraded last month). I never use to have issues with you guys but I cannot have anybody ***** money from me so blatantly.
