Cell C *****ing my money
Pathetic service provider ever. On my billing it indicated amount due is R124.97 for my month to month contract which they failed to deduct from my account, I made a payment last Thursday and yesterday R124.97 was deducted from my bank account, When I contacted them again today they said my package is R149pm and I have to make a payment on the difference, When I notified that Cellc did deduct an additional 124.97 yesterday they said I must wait 2 to 3 days to receive my data. Its in the middle of the month and I still did not receive my data, Never had this problem and such bad service from MTN. Considering moving back to mtn. Cellc is ******* and service is poor.

14 Jul 2021, 09:42Yesterday I was told they will contact me but still my problem is not resolved, They are lying when they said they will contact me. I will not recommend this contract to my colleagues. They are waisiting my time. Better to cancel my contract.
