Cell C *****ing my money

They are *****ing money from my bank account!!! I have proof!!! 8 months ago I cancelled my contact (60 day notice) and they still took two debit orders of R959 out of my account. The excuse was I did not cancel everything. Now 8 months later they stole R959 out of my account! Getting no assistance from them for a refund. Should I open a case of theft at SAPS?
