Cell C *****ing my money

I had a Cell C contact that expired at the end of April 2019 . I went to the Cell Shop in Cape Gate in May 2019 to cancel the contract , witch they promptly did . Only for me to discover in June that it is not cancelled . I went back to Cell C in Cape Gate . They then again cancelled the contract . It took me several more visits to the Cell C shop in Cape Gate in order to get them to let me migrate the number to another service provider .That eventually happend.

They still take money from my account on a monthly basis through debit order . I tried to phone their customer care line . What a joke . I was sent from pillar to post with no avail . I then went back to the cell C shop in Cape Gate , only to hear I must do it via their customer care line , or legal department . The legal department does not ever answer their phone . I have tried numerous times , holding on for half an hour per call to listen to their music at premium rates.

I still to this day has not been able to stop the debit order ,although I owe them nothing . The have ****** my money now for four months . When is this going to stop ?
