Cell C *****ing my money

I went to Cell C to take out a wifi contract form my house. They tested the signal and said I will have signal at home. Took the LTE contract out, came home, set it up, wifi was not working. Went back several times to changes the settings, stil did not work. Went back, they, canceld the contract and gave me a new 4G contract differant router. I has probably had signal for 30min a day. It stil did not work, again I went back to change settings, still no luck.

Eventually are months they decided to cancel all contracts. Cell C are *****s, after nearly 8 months (if not more) they are stil deducting the debit order every months, the debit order are R2084.49 at this stage. I am not able to reverse it nor stop the debit order at the bank, as Cell C changes the amount every month. According to our local branch, they did everything on their side, so the problem is probably at head office. Cell C owes me money and they are stil *****ing my money. I am fed up.
