Cell C *****ing my money

I have been trying to get Cell C to stop *****ing my money for nearly nine months now , to no avail .

My contract expired at the end of April 2019 . I gave notice at the end of my to cancel my contract . It took them another two months and several visits and numerous calls to Cell C to achieve that .

It is now end November 2019 , they still deduct via debit order money from my account on a monthly basis .

I have spoken to them and they promised it would stop . It did not stop . They took money from me again today . I have stopped the debit order numerous times . They just reinstate it every time .

When is this going to stop . I do not know what to do anymore .
