Cell C *****ing my money

I loaded airtime to purchase a whatsapp bundle on the 19th July 2019. So I went on to purchase the whatsapp bundle. On the 23rd July 2019 I noticed that none of my messages are going through and I'm also not receiving. When I checked there is no whatsapp bundle. I phoned Cell C and they said that it does not show that I loaded a whatsapp bundle. OK I accepted it and moved on anyone can make a mistake.

So I went on to load airtime again and purchase another whatsapp bundle on the same day. After the bundle "successfully activated" I checked to see my balance and THERE WAS NO WHATSAPP BUNDLE AND NO AIRTIME LEFT!!! So I phoned Cell C again today (24th July 2019) to find out what the hell is going on. All they can tell me is on their system it doesn't show that I loaded a bundle and that I have been using airtime for whatsapp.... WHAT AIRTIME??? THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT AFTER THE WHATSAPP BUNDLE PURCHASE!!!!!

So to sum it all up Cell C is *****ing my money and there's nothing they can do to "help"... Well done Cell C I will not be renewing my contract with you guys and I will make sure every person I know will hear about this!!!Cell
