Cell C *****ing my money
My family and I had a LTE contract with Mweb hosted by Cell C. Due to issues between MTN and Cell C using the same tower and Cell C being booted off the tower we lost coverage. After this the only alternative according to Meeb was to go back to telkom adsl. After some research Cell C assured me that LTE A was available in my area. We signed a 2 year deal and after a few weeks started experiencing issues will very poor coverage. I have made contact with them but I feel completely ignored. We are paying R900 for 200gb but due to the poor coverage cannot use the 200gb. And to make it worse what ever we dont use we lose. This is pathetic and an absolute *******.

We do not have Access to any of your information as you signed with MWEB and not Cell C. In this case we are the Network Operator to MWEB.

31 May 2019, 12:11I was hoping Cell C would have called by now. Still no response from them. Obviously they do not take customer care seriously
