Cell C *****ing my money!

Cell C is literally *****ing money from me. After two months of not having any access to the network and numerous calls to sort out the problem while still paying our monthly fee, the problem never ended. We then tried to change the sim to pre paid, but they could not assist us in doing so. We then decided to cancel the contract which they managed to do but still deducting money from my account. We are not even found on there systems according to the 6 different persons we spoke to, but they do know how to take my money. Up to now they still deduct money from my account which I stop and reverse every month, but they keep on deducting money. Calling them does not help at ALL! I would not recommend Cell C to anyone!! If this persist I will take this further!
