Cell C *****ing my Money

So last month cell c debit my account with 2 debit orders, and told me they have technical issues on the billing. then they did a reversal of one of the debit orders, this month they debit my account with the amount of R1282.17, called them and they told me the same story, have technical issues on their billing and that they can't help me. Useless customer service.
